Privacy Policy

By default, audio capture and transcription run locally on your Mac. Your recordings and transcripts are processed on-device and are not sent to or stored on our servers.

We never use your dictation or transcripts to train AI models, and audio is never retained in the cloud unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Waitlist & account. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide so we can send you your invite. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.

Optional diagnostics. If you opt in, the app may send anonymous crash and performance diagnostics to help us fix bugs. These never include raw audio or full transcripts, and the setting is off by default.

We use the limited information above only to operate and improve synchronous — sending your beta invite, responding to support requests, and diagnosing issues. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

You control what leaves your device from the app's Privacy settings. You can turn diagnostics off at any time, and you can ask us to delete your waitlist email by contacting us.
